About South Asian Creative Community
South Asian Creative Community (SACC) is a free-to-join community platform for South Asian creatives and entertainment professionals across New Zealand.
SACC exists to connect, support, educate, promote collaboration, and advocate for individuals and businesses working in the creative and entertainment industries.
SACC is not:
- A talent or employment agency
- An event management company
- A trade union
- A legal representative
- A paid membership organisation
- A booking or management agency
Joining SACC does not create an employment relationship, contractual partnership, or guarantee of work or representation.
Membership
Membership is free unless otherwise announced.
By registering, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You will not create fake or misleading profiles.
- You will update your information if it changes.
SACC reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
Community Standards

SACC does not guarantee:

- Bookings
- Paid work

- Funding or grants
Members are responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before accepting any opportunity.
Events and Workshops
SACC may organise or promote community events, networking sessions, workshops, or educational programmes.
Participation is voluntary.
SACC reserves the right to:

- Limit attendance
- Cancel events where necessary
Members attend events at their own risk.

By uploading content to SACC, you grant SACC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, promote, and share that content for community-related purposes, including:

You confirm that you own the rights to any content you upload or have permission to use it.
